Infrastructure / Equipment Machinery Details

Total Area - 7 Acres, Built Up - 50,000 Sq.Ft, In progress 70,000 Sq.ft Total Machinery capable of producing in house all the items related to PEB including primary member structures like Rafter, Columns and Seceondary member structures like Purlins and Roofing Cladding materials. Imported state of the art facility involving production machinery in the form of an "Automated 'H' - beam "line. Cold rolled profiling facility with 24 station mill and imported CNC controls.Cold rolled purlin Mills 2 Nos.Crimping, Bending, Shearing and Folding Machines.

Quality Assurance (Details of methodology adopted)

Raw materials are procured through vendor evaluation and quality suppliers like SAIL, ESSAR, and JINDAL supply majaority of materials.Incoming materials are quality checked against test certificates.All components are subjected to routine quality procedures and Random checks.100% inspection is carried out on finished products before dispatch.

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety System Implementation)

Being situated in a green field environment,the industrial sheds provide good ventilation,natural air supported by Fans and Exhausts. All the safety gadgets including welding gaugles, Helmets, Shoes etc are provided.
