About PEB in general:

The PEB concept is designed to provide a complete building envelope system which is air tight, low cost, eco friendly, customized options with the use of basic steel framework blending build-up sections, hot rolled and cold formed steel material to evolve a technically stable and aesthetically appealing metal building phenomenon.

Adding to the structural qualities, the inclusions of a variety of sub systems, that are optional such as Mezzanine floors, canopies, extensions, crane provisions, etc, increases the utility of the metal buildings with a potential to have large clear span and also high rise building patterns.

Our Equipment Strength

Stage One: Material sizing: CNC Plasma cutting and Oxy-Fuel cutting.

Stage Two: Web joining: Pneumatically operated splice joint equipment, with sub-arc welding (LINKEN,US).

Stage Three: Positioning of web and flanges: This operation is aided by CNC controlled tack welder, assisted by pneumatic and hydraulic positioners (HYPERTHERM).

Stage Four: Main Saw Weld Fixture: The advanced main saw welding takes care of perfect initial setting.

Stage Five: Pull Through Welding: The unique multi-task, multi-torch pull through welding, aided by CNC controlled hydraulic assisters takes care of H Beam welding attuned to international standards. The effective use of highly sensitive hydraulic equipments maintains rigidity and firmness of the H Beam output.

Stage Six: Flange straightener: The flanges are straightened and corrected using high pressure hydraulic roller supported straightners.

Stage Seven: Assembly: The required connecting plates, stiffeners are positioned with immaculate precision. Even the assembly sub components are care carefully made using advanced machinery (Iron worker and CNC supported Heavy duty radial special purpose drilling machine) to ensure assembly homogeneity.

Stage Eight: Shot Blasting: Metco is equipped with unique Shot-Blasting equipment for removal of residual grime, grease and glut for perfect surface preparation.

Stage Nine: Protective coating: The H-Beam is given a mandatory primer coating in an encased specialized booth.

Stage Ten: Finishing coating: If desired by the clients, a finishing enamel coating is provided in the paint booth.

Stage Eleven: Marking: All the components of the primary members are provided with specific markings as per structural norms to accommodate ideal erection at site.

I)The entire operation is performed by the use of conveyor system and the hall mark features are: 1. provision of motorized chain drives 2. closer roller spacing 3. modular speed control with speed synchronization as opted, thus ensuring ultimate advantage in handling capability.

The various (H Beam formation) operations are done through hydraulically assisted conveyor system with the job set in motion while the equipments restationed constantly, enabling perfect finish and optimum rigidity to the components.

II) The Secondary members viz. Purlins and Girts are manufactured using top class CNC controlled machinery of international standards. The advanced purlin mill has the distinct potential to manufacture purlins with CUSTOMIZED SIZING with punched holes which is considered as a high-tech feature.

III) Metco has a host of equipments and design facilities for the provision of intricate Mezzanine floors, complex crane provisions, canopies, Extensions.

IV) The Profiled Metal Roofing Sheets are made from imported hydraulic driven 24 port station mill with CNC controls for optimum quality. The six crested profiles are against the usual five and with intermediate distance of 200-205mm. would spell the difference from that the usually available material. The roofing production house has a multi branded variety of roofing sheets in MET-RIB, MET-FLEX, MET-WAVE, MET-CLAY and MET-CRIMP which are highly accepted and branded as TOPGUARD.

V) State of the art in-house production facility to manufacture decking profile for the mezzanine usage and are branded as ULTRA-DECK.

VI) METCO has a very advanced type of machinery to churn out Long Folded Accessories (capacity up to 6.2 mts -9 folding with 99 options) which is CNC controlled with a hydraulic supported folders with an accurate backage stopper and slitter mechanism.

VII) The anchor bolts, turn buckles , sag rods, brace rods are from select graded material threaded to perfection using thread rollers.
